Stacy Lloyd says that a lot. As the founder of Lloyd Media Group, she is a visual storyteller with a long history in broadcast journalism and video production. Her greatest passion is helping people and organizations tell their story through video and achieve their business goals.
A professional storyteller for more than 25 years, Stacy has conducted thousands of interviews and produced a lot – a lot – of videos. She takes pride in being creative, efficient, professional, reliable, and honest. She finds it gratifying to guide clients through the most effective and powerful ways to bring their stories to life. The video production experience should be rewarding not stressful, she says. Heck, it can even be fun.
Lloyd Media Group has a team of award-winning editors, graphic artists, photographers, producers, writers and videographers. They love listening to our clients and helping them identify insightful ways to tell their stories.
A career in journalism took Stacy from the Sonoran Desert to the marbled hallways of Washington DC and a whole bunch of other places including a Kansas combine and war zone in Baghdad, Iraq. She has produced and reported news and feature stories in small, medium and large markets and at a cable news network. After the news biz, she transitioned to Media Relations working with a Fortune 500 company.
A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Stacy graduated from the University of Arizona with a Political Science degree. She is also a proud graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class 28.
Currently, she volunteers as a Steward for the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy, a nonprofit dedicated to protecting and promoting the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. In the past, she served on boards for Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona, Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, Citizenship Counts, Ryan House and the Phoenix Film Foundation.
When not working, Stacy adds to her story by traveling the world. New places, new cultures and compelling conversations make for some intriguing chapters.
